These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this QR code generator and dashboard (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service allows you to create QR codes (including dynamic QR codes) and view basic analytics for scans. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Generate or distribute QR codes that link to malware, phishing pages, or prohibited content.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the destinations, links, and content encoded into QR codes you create. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content linked from QR codes.

5. Analytics and Tracking

For dynamic QR codes, the Service may collect and display scan-related metadata (for example timestamp, approximate location, device and browser information, and anonymized IP). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and for providing any required notices to end users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by the Service provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Payments and refunds

Paid plans, upgrades, and other charges are processed by third-party payment processors (for example Stripe). Once a payment has been successfully processed, we do not offer refunds and we do not process refund requests for that payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any content linked via QR codes; or (c) unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
